What Are Apprenticeships?

Apprenticeships are a fantastic opportunity to learn while you work. They combine practical on-the-job training with study, allowing you to gain real experience in a job role while also earning a qualification. An apprenticeship gives you the chance to develop new skills, gain valuable knowledge, and build a strong foundation for a career in healthcare. You’ll be working alongside experienced staff, learning the ins and outs of the job, and attending classes or completing assignments related to your role. This blend of learning and working helps you understand your job thoroughly and prepares you for a successful future in the NHS.
