Board of Directors meetings

Our Board of Directors meetings are held in public each month.

All meetings start at 9.30am, unless otherwise stated.

The Board of Directors will convene their meeting in public on Tuesday 6 May 2025 @ 9:30am, this will be held in the Boardroom at Doncaster Royal Infirmary

If a member of the public or staff wishes to be in attendance, please contact the Trust Board Office before 2pm the day before the meeting: dbth.TrustBoardOffice@nhs.net

Members of the public, staff and governors are there to observe the discussion only, they are not able to join in the conversation.

Members of the public and staff are welcome to raise questions relevant to the meeting agenda in writing through the Trust Board Office. before noon of the Friday prior to Board meeting. Please note, these requests will be brought to the attention of the Chair, who retains the right to accept or decline any questions to be put to the Board by any member of the public.

If we are not able to provide a full answer to any question during the public session, a written response will be provided by the lead director.

Minutes of this meeting will be published on the website shortly after.

Members of the press or public are not permitted to make audio or video recordings of Trust Board meetings.
