Patient Advice & Liaison Services (PALS)
PALS provides confidential on-the-spot advice. The aim of the service is to:
- Advise patients and support families and carers
- Provide information about health services
- Listen to concerns, suggestions or queries about the Trust’s services
- Help to sort out problems on the spot
give information to patients, families and carers about external advocacy - Support and encourage patients and users of the service to ‘engage’ with the Trust’s Patient and Public Involvement Strategy, thereby
helping to shape the way services are delivered.
