A lottery for everyone
The DBTH Charity Lottery is open to all – not just Trust colleagues. Whether you work at DBTH, or you are a patient, visitor, or supporter, everyone is welcome to join and make a difference.
Supporting local services
Every penny raised through the DBTH Charity Lottery will be reinvested into improving care and services at our hospitals, ensuring that your participation directly benefits the community.
A word about canvassers
On-site canvassers will be available on 9 December to answer questions and assist with sign-ups. They understand that many passing through are colleagues and will not approach anyone too directly. If you’d prefer not to engage, simply say, “No, thank you,” or use the code word ‘apples.’
Sign up and make a difference
By joining the DBTH Charity Lottery, you’re not just playing for the chance to win exciting prizes – you’re also helping to fund vital projects that enhance care for patients and their families.
Keep an eye out for the digital sign-up process coming soon. In the meantime, why not stop by on 9 December to chat with our team and join the fun? Let’s make a difference together!
About Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Charity
Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Charity is the official charity supporting Doncaster Royal Infirmary, Bassetlaw Hospital, and Montagu Hospital. The charity aims to go above and beyond by providing additional equipment, services, and amenities for patients, visitors, and staff that cannot be funded by the NHS alone.
From small comforts like teddy bears for children spending the night in hospital to cutting-edge technology that detects deadly infections, these extras are made possible through community support.
The charity’s mission is to enhance patient experience by transforming care environments and hospital services, ensuring that colleagues have the support they need to provide the best possible care every day.
