Telephone Downtime

You may have already seen that, throughout March and parts of April, colleagues at DBTH will be carrying out an essential upgrade to the Trust’s telephony system. This means that, on given dates, certain phones and fax machines will experience temporary downtime.

Whilst details of this can be found on our website, this is just a quick summary of a few recent updates to the schedule.

  • Essential maintenance to our phones at Bassetlaw has been rescheduled from 10 March to 12 March.
  • Additional maintenance work at DRI has also been planned in. This will be on 15 March between 9am and 11am.
  • Please be aware there will be no incoming calls to 01302 366666 between 1pm – 2pm on 15 March. Callers should instead direct dial numbers where possible or ring back after 2pm. Helpful phone numbers can be found on the Trust Website in the Contact Us section.
  • At Park Hill, all phone lines in and out of the hospital will be down for 15 minutes on 16 March, from 1pm-2pm. Park Hill will apply their contingency arrangement for this timeframe. Disruptions should only last for a couple of minutes and should only be minimal.
  • At Montagu Hospital, all phone lines in and out will be down for 15 minutes on 17 March, 12pm-1pm. Montagu will similarly apply their contingency arrangements for this timeframe. Disruptions should only last for a couple of minutes and should only be minimal.

Following these works, on both Tuesday 16 March (9pm -12am midnight) and Saturday 10 April between 4:30pm– 10:30pm) there will be more substantial works. Any potential for disruption should only last for a couple of minutes and is planned to occur at a less busy time.
